Dear Parents!

We would like to inform you that, where justified, the amount of the foundation contribution to be paid to our school may be subject to consideration for families in need. How to apply for social financial support:

1) If you fill in the online form on the link below, we will assist you concerning your request:

2) It should also be sent to the school secretariat with a printed, signed copy and the necessary documentation. (The form will be sent to you by email!)

Financial support can be requested for one year

We encourage everyone not to hesitate to ask for support in the event of a lasting or temporary difficult life situation. At the same time, please do not submit an application in an unjustified case, as the foundation contribution is an indispensable part of the budget of our secondary school. The foundation contribution is the lowest amount necessary for the normal functioning of the school.

The deadline for the submission of online and paper-based documents for the application for the period from September 2019 to August 2020 is July 31, 2019.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to collect the necessary certificates by the deadline, please inform us at szocbiz@kag.hu !

Home inspection and personal interviews will take place subsequent to the submission of the application, until 20 August 2019.

The outcome of the evaluation will be decided by September 1, 2019, and will be sent to the email address given.

Any appeals may be sent to szocbiz@kag.hu by 15 September 2019. In case of an appeal, a home inspection and a personal interview will take place automatically.

A significant change in the financial situation of the family during the school year may justify an out-of-date submission of the application.
